Ms. Farnell and Mrs. Alberti will be coming to your English classes on December 03 and 04, 2015 to explain the process for submitting your online PSI Choices Form. We will bring you to the computer lab and guide you through the process together.
Students can provide their transcript information to a number of post-secondary institutions by completing this online form which allows you to authorize the Ministry of Education to release your grades to the post secondary institution(s) of your choice. This is not self reporting of grades! This is a legal document you submit which simply gives the Ministry permission to release your interim grades in early May, 2016 and your final grades by the end of July, 2016. If you are graduating this year and plan to attend a post secondary institution next fall, 2016, the PSI online form is required and must be completed.
